Strength & Conditioning Coach, Owner of Tinsley Performance
Cal Tinsley
Home grown in Tuscaloosa, AL, it was a dream come true to play baseball at The University of Alabama! I was blessed enough to be a 2-year letter winner at Bama, then I stayed at the capstone for 3 more years as an assistant strength coach. It was then, that I was able to obtain my master degree in Human Performance, get certified by both "gold standards" in S&C, and work with every sport at Alabama.
After my tenure at Alabama, I worked as a strength coach with the Atlanta Braves for two seasons and then worked at Champion Sports Medicine as the Director of Athletic Performance. Now I am the proud owner of Tinsley Performance.
