Personal Trainer

Keith Washington

YOU’RE ALL AN
IMPORTANT PART OF MY JOURNEY!! Born and raised in New York, I grew up playing various
sports (football, baseball, track and field, etc.). Upon graduating high school, I’m proud to say I
served in the U.S. Army over in Germany. This allowed me to visit the Eiffel Tower in Paris,
France and the bullfights in Barcelona, Spain!
The problem was, I never knew what I wanted to do afterward and fell into depression.
While trying to push myself into occupations that weren’t for me, I failed numerous times. But I
always managed to pick myself up one more time! I eventually moved to Orlando, FL and
worked hard to earn the C.S.C.S. (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) certification
from the National Strength and Conditioning Association along with a Master’s degree in
Exercise Physiology from the University of Central Florida, where I also worked for 3 1/2 years
as a Personal Trainer. I loved it! Helping clients to improve their health and fitness is such an
honor; I TRULY FOUND MY PASSION!! Assisting you to become a stronger, fitter version of
yourself is my goal. The look on a client’s face when they achieve something they previously
thought impossible is priceless! So, let’s do great things together!
And now, I’ll get back to my journey!
